When we are troubled, when our awareness is clouded and the reality of Being is obscured, or we think or feel ourselves to be victims of circumstances, what is needed is a change of viewpoint that restores our awareness to wholeness. We can then proceed to easily renounce circumstances we do not want and accept only those which are fully supportive of us and our aspiration to excellence.
Until all of our thoughts and actions are spontaneously and appropriately expressive because of our constant realization of Being, we can assist ourselves to spiritual growth and improve our circumstances by practical means.
Answer this question: How would you live your life if you had abundant resources, unlimited potential, and absolute knowledge that you could always accomplish your purposes? Abundant resources are available to you now. You already have unlimited potential within you. You can accomplish your purposes by your right actions.

Speak this positive affirmation:

The possibilities which I can clearly envision, and firmly believe to be true, can occur or be experienced.

Have a good day . . . and a great life!

Establish Awareness in Being

When our awareness is established in Being, our changeless true nature, we are at peace. Our thoughts, moods, and actions are well-ordered and spontaneously appropriate and personal relationships and circumstances are supportive and satisfying. Timely events occur in an uninterrupted flow. Resources, in whatever form they are needed, are readily available. When these ideal conditions do not prevail, remedial actions can, and should, be immediately implemented.
The first action to perform is to withdraw attention from external circumstances and from emotional states and random thought processes. The reason for doing this is that, when our awareness is not established in Being, thoughts are inclined to be disorganized, emotions may interfere with our attempts to think rationally, perceptions are blurred, and endeavors to choose a right course of action may be flawed because intellectual powers are impaired. The most common intellectual error we are then liable to make is to presume that our states of consciousness and present and future well-being are totally dependent upon external circumstances and influences.

Speak this positive affirmation:

Established in my changeless true nature, I am at peace.
My thoughts, moods, and actions are well-ordered and spontaneously appropriate. My personal relationships and circumstances are supportive and satisfying.

Have a good day . . . and a great life!

Whenever you sit to meditate, remember that the primary purpose of meditation practice is to clarify and restore your awareness to wholeness.
At the core of your Being, you are peaceful; you know that you are a spiritual being abiding in the wholeness of God. By removing your awareness from physical sensations and mental processes, you can consciously be aware of what you already are.
1.	To experience the practical benefits of meditation practice - meditate once or twice daily for fifteen to twenty minutes. Short, alert meditation practice sessions are more beneficial than longer, passive sessions.
2.	As your meditation skills improve, sit longer until superconscious states emerge and meditation flows smoothly, impelled by your innate urge to be fully awake - Self- and God-realized.
3.	Be patient. Results will occur naturally.
4.	Conscious, intentional living is spiritual practice. By self-training, learn to always be alert and attentive. You will then live superconsciously, without delusions or illusions clouding or fragmenting your awareness.
5.	Have a daily routine. After restful sleep, attend to your morning self-care regimen, meditate, then turn your attention to the day’s schedule of activities.
6.	Do everything skillfully. Respect and nurture the innate divine nature of every person and every living thing.
7.	Whenever you become distracted, confused, or moody, withdraw for a few minutes. Be still until your mind is calm and you are again soul-centered.
8.	In the afternoon or evening, meditate a few minutes for inner refreshment. Ponder your relationship with the Infinite as you go to sleep.

Speak this positive affirmation:

I live with conscious intention, alert and attentive, adhering to a daily routine that supports my awareness of my relationship with the infinite.

Have a good day . . . and a great life!
